Lesjöfors Group has acquired French spring manufacturer Ressorts Lacroix to expand its European spring supply solutions.
The company aimed to expand its European spring supply solutions through this acquisition. In recent months, the company acquired several spring companies, while the completion of the purchase of Ressorts Lacroix built on a strategic growth plan for Europe.
Based in the centre of Northern France, Ressorts Lacroix's product portfolio includes a range of springs and wire parts for customers within the hydraulic, automotive, aerospace and medical sectors.

It also enables us to access sales strategies, knowledge, technologies and networks that enrich our employees and add value to our customers,” said Yohan Dutheil, CEO of Resorts Lacroix.

The move follows the purchase of UK-based Clifford Springs Ltd by Lesjöfors Group, earlier this year.
