Wolseley Group has acquired Bluebay, an independent distributor of specialist civil engineering and construction building products based in the UK.
After the acquisition, Bluebay will strengthen the Infrastructure division of Wolseley, particularly its Burdens business, which specialises in civil engineering and underground drainage products and services. Bluebay will also retain its brand identity, operating as usual with its colleagues and customers across four locations in the UK.
