Hilton Banks Group, the company behind the HB42® brand of adhesives, fillers, sealants and coatings, has acquired specialist paint manufacturer Flag Paints Ltd.
This acquisition allows Hilton Banks to harness Flag Paints' advanced research, development and manufacturing expertise. It also marks a key milestone in Hilton Banks' growth strategy and ongoing commitment to providing high-quality products and services.
