White Cap has acquired Site Supply, a distributor of construction materials specialising in stabilisation, stormwater and erosion control.
Currently, Site Supply has four locations across Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee, and its business focus is serving non-residential end markets. After the acquisition, Site Supply will be part of the White Cap suite of brands, branches and value-added services.
“Site Supply’s team is committed to serving as a trusted partner for their customers, which complements White Cap’s mission and vision well,” said Alan Sollenberger, CEO of White Cap.

Previosuly, White Cap acquired TOOFast Supply, a supplier of professional grade tools and fasteners with four locations in Nebraska.
