White Cap has acquired Kris-Con, a supplier of specialty construction supplies and equipment rentals to commercial contractors serving the Houston and Austin metropolitan areas in the US.
After the acquisition, Kris-Con will become part of the White Cap suite of brands, branches and value-added services.
