Threadline Products acquires new manufacturing facility

Fastener manufacturer Threadline Products has acquired the former Atlantic Fastener/Würth facility in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The acquisition includes all assets from the facility, including materials, production equipment and workforce. Threadline Products assumed the manufacturing facility’s production capacity last December.

After the acquisition, Threadline Products currently operates manufacturing and distribution out of both the Charlotte and the newly acquired Greensboro facilities. The company added that using the dual-location approach can enable Threadline Products to manufacture and distribute from both locations to better manage workflow and supply chain efficiencies.

It can also re-open the will-call counter in Greensboro, providing convenient local pickups for customers and enhancing delivery and support to customers in Eastern North Carolina, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Maryland.

“The addition of roll threading capabilities and an expanded geographic footprint positions Threadline Products to meet customer needs more adeptly than ever before,” said Josh Miller, Vice President and COO of Threadline Products.
