TFC Europe, an AFC Industries company, has acquired German fastener company Verucon Fasteners and Logistics GmbH.
The acquisition will enable TFC Europe to expand its specialist CNC machining capabilities and complement TFC’s position in Europe as a leading supplier of vendor-managed inventory services for C-Parts with various high-precision product solutions, such as Smalley Wave Springs and an extensive portfolio of Seals & O-Rings.

Located in Gotha, Germany, Verucon supplies fasteners and offers services to a wide variety of manufacturing sectors throughout Germany and other markets worldwide.
