Messe Frankfurt Middle East has confirmed that the Hardware + Tools Middle East trade fair will take place from 28-30 September 2021 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The three-day event will be held in partnership with Zhejiang International Trade Exhibition (Dubai) from China, which will bring in more than 40 exhibitors, retailers, exporters, importers, contractors, fabricators, consultants and professionals from the construction and industrial sectors.
Dishan Isaac, Hardware + Tools Middle East’s Senior Show Manager, said the event this year will comprise a hybrid format. Visitors to the physical trade fair will experience the latest tools and machinery in-person while online delegates able to connect with suppliers virtually. An entirely virtual event will also run from 3-8 October 2021.
Isaac said: “Hardware + Tools Middle East will take place amid a resurgent regional construction sector. Even with the global pandemic, the UAE’s construction sector alone was valued at US$101 billion in 2020 and is expected to reach a value of US$133 billion by 2026.
“Regional growth in a post-pandemic world will be backed largely by government visions to help attract more investors into the market. Residential, education, healthcare, transport and renewable energy are among the sectors that will present lucrative opportunities, and in turn, high demand for related construction tools, machinery, and hardware.”
