Fastener and tool manufacturer and distributor Rivit Srl has joined the FERVI Group SpA, with effect from 7 September 2021.
The Fervi Group is a significant player in professional equipment mainly for mechanical and car workshops, carpentry, construction and products in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) market, including to professionals and the advanced DIY market segment.
The joining of Rivit allows the FERVI Group to expand the product portfolio and the number of customers too, both in Italy and abroad, but also the number of employees, reaching 160 people.

- FERVI Spa
- RIVIT Srl - Fixing systems
- RIVIT India – Sales subsidiary
- RIVIT Morocco - Sales subsidiary
- QFAST Srl - Chemical fixing
- RIFLEX Srl - Abrasives
- VOGEL Germany - Measuring instruments
- SITGES Maquinas y Acesorios - Wholesaler (Spain)

Rivit said: “The spirit and values we distinguished ourselves up to today will be the milestones for the integration within the new Group in order to increase our presence and brand awareness on the markets of our interest.
“The main target of this new development is to build-up a stable and reliable Group able to supply the common customers with 360° approach, improving new business thanks to group relationship."
The firm added that there will be no changes operationally and customer contacts will remain unchanged.
