Qingdao Fervi International Trading Co. Ltd (青岛泛威国际贸易有限公司) is the latest addition to the FERVI Group, marking a significant milestone in its global expansion strategy. Based in Qingdao, one of China's port cities, this new subsidiary is strategically positioned to enhance logistics and streamline the Group’s go-to-market efforts, reinforcing its commitment to international growth.
FERVI Group has expanded its international network by establishing a new office in Qingdao. The location will serve as a resource for all of the Group's companies, including Rivit, Vogel Germany, Riflex Abrasives, and Sitges SL, to strengthen their operations and accelerate collaboration with partners across South-East Asia.
The establishment of Qingdao Fervi International Trading Co. Ltd, fully owned by the parent company FERVI SpA, marks a major step forward in the Group’s internationalisation strategy. With existing subsidiaries in India and Morocco through Rivit, a headquarters in Germany for Vogel, and a Spanish base for Sitges SL, the new Chinese entity will further consolidate the Group’s global network. Qingdao will become a critical reference point for logistical operations, quality control, certification processes, and regulatory compliance ensuring smoother market entry and optimised supply chain management, from design and production to final market introduction.
Guido Greco, CEO of FERVI Group, highlighted the importance of this new subsidiary:
"The opening of Qingdao Fervi International Trading Co. Ltd is a significant milestone for us, reinforcing the international dimension of our Group, which operates in over 50 countries. Establishing a subsidiary in China is key to improving our ability to monitor and manage goods produced in this region, simplifying customs procedures, and enhancing relationships with our network of international partners. This step will allow us to further elevate our standards of service and quality, ensuring a seamless go-to-market process for all our brands’ products, benefitting both our commercial partners and end users."
