Fischer greenline has been awarded the Green Brand seal of approval for its sustainable performance as it reportedly becomes the first manufacturer in the world to produce fastening systems from renewable raw materials.
At least 50% of all products in the fischer greenline range are made with renewable raw materials and have the same level of performance and durability as other dowels from the fastening experts.
Furthermore, these are not in competition with food - or feedstuff and also not with the appropriate cultivation areas. The regenerative material portion is respectively confirmed through an independent test and a certification of the DIN CERTICO/ TÜV Rheinland. The products belong to the classification "BIOBASED 50-85%".
The greenline range includes six dowels, previously produced in grey. In addition, the range features a two component injection mortar FIS green for heavy glass, which has ETA approval option seven and masonry.
Green Brands is the international, independent and self contained brand evolution organisation with headquarters in Germany. It recognises ecologically sustainable brands in international cooperation with independent institutions and societies in the field of environmental, climate protection and sustainability. In addition, its Green Brand seal of approval is a registered EU certification mark with an independent, transparent and neutral test procedure.
The jury of the German Sustainability Award also recognised fischer’s greenline product range as exemplary. For example, it was awarded the German Sustainability Award 2020 in the ‘Large Company’ category.
