NEW PRODUCT: WB-90 Water-based anti-spatter
Action Can’s new water-based non-flammable spatter release is pitched as a “safe” choice for protecting metal sheets, surfaces, workpieces, welding parts and equipment against the adhesion of weld spatter. The water-based film provides a fine spray pattern for uniform coverage. It easily wipes off, making clean-up quick with no chiselling, grinding, buffing or brushing required. What's more, it is solvent, silicone and oil free.
Recommended for use on all welding applications, it's for use on welding equipment such as welding tips, Mig and Tig tips, Arc welding, weldments, electrode holders, contact tips, tools, metal moulds and bench top splash guards.
NEW PRODUCT: CT-90 High Cling Foaming Cutting Fluid
Next up, CT-90 Foam has been specifically formulated to cling to the work piece right up to the tool edge, making applications even on vertical surfaces possible while keeping the lubricant in contact with both job and tool.
Formulated with extreme pressure (EP) additives, it can be used on all tough metals including stainless steel, high-carbon steel, and Nimonic alloys; improving cutting speed, tool life and surface finish. Virtually zero fuming in use. Part of the popular CT-90 range (bulk oil, spray, compound, poly bottle), CT-90 foam dissipates heat, reduces cutting time, swarf build-up, metal scrap and downtime.
