Endries International, a leading distributor of fasteners and Class-C parts for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), has announced the acquisition of All-West Components & Fasteners Inc.
From its headquarters in Brillion, Wisconsin, and its further eight US and international distribution centres, Endries provides over 500,000 SKUs to its customer base, operating primarily through a vendor managed inventory model, managing C-part categories for its customers across diverse industrial end markets.
The firm partners with OEM customers through robust replenishment systems that provide products and support services which are critical to maintaining the manufacturing process.

All-West was founded in 1978 in Seattle, Washington with the help of current CEO of the company and past president of the Pacific-West Fastener Association and STAFDA, Rick Peterson, and his brother Mark Peterson, the company President since 2015.
With headquarters in Seattle and Washington, and further branches in Washington and Idaho, All-West serves the OEM market and provides fastener solutions to its customer base, operating under ISO 9001 accreditation.
