Ahlsell, a distributor across the Nordic region of installation products, tools and supplies for installation, construction, real estate management, industrial and power companies and the public sector has continued its acquisition plans in 2023 with agreements to acquire all shares in three businesses.
Over the past few months Ahlsell has entered into agreements for Proffklær AS, Lindqvist AS and B-Max Svets AB.
Proffklær AS is one of Norway's largest independent suppliers of workwear, promotional clothing and personal protective equipment. Lindqvist AS provides tools and supplies to craftsmen and the industrial sector in western Norway. The business includes an outlet, a warehouse, an online store and a workshop with operations in Bergen. While the most recent acquisition, B-Max Svets AB, is a manufacturer of steel structures for prefabricated walls and steel halls.
The acquisitions by Ahlsell are intended to broaden its position in the market and to offer an even stronger overall solution to an expanded customer segment.
