Carlisle Fluid Technologies (CFT) has acquired Reinhardt Technik to enhance its sealants and adhesives platform.
Based in Kierpse, Germany, Reinhardt Technik is a supplier of bonding, dispensing, potting and liquid silicone rubber processing technologies. With the addition of Reinhardt Technik’s portfolio and innovation, CFT will continue to focus on growth and “offer leading products to customers.”
