NORMA Group CEO Guido Grandi has resigned with immediate effect.
In a statement, the company said Grandi’s resignation was due to “differences over the strategy” for the company. Mark Wilhelms, chairman of the supervisory board, has been appointed interim CEO for a maximum of one year, effective 18 February 2025.
The supervisory board will begin recruiting a new CEO and chairman of the management board.
Grandi was named CEO of NORMA Group on 1 June 2023 and has extensive management experience in Germany and the US. Before this role, he served as CEO of WKW AG.
Meanwhile, Kerstin Müller-Kirchhofs has been appointed interim chairperson of the supervisory board of NORMA Group, effective 18 February 2025.
