Norma group expands US DIY market presence with hose clamp deal

Norma Group has secured a contract from a home improvement retailer in the US. 

Under the contract, Norma Group will supply more than five million worm-drive hose clamps a year to the retailer’s home improvement store, expanding its market share in the DIY segment in the US. 

Norma Group did not disclose the name of the home improvement retailer. 

“As distributors, home improvement retailers are an important sales channel for us in the US. With this order, we are expanding the footprint of our BREEZE brand and strengthening our market position in the DIY segment. We are thus consistently pursuing our growth strategy in the Industry Applications business unit,” said Guido Grandi of Norma Group. 

The BREEZE portfolio includes worm drive clamps, T-bolt clamps, V-band clamps and constant torque solutions. BREEZE has a long history of offering a wide range of worm drive clamps for aviation, automotive, heavy commercial vehicles and industrial applications.
