Totally DIY & Tools has moved dates and re-branded as the National DIY Show from 2018.
The show is staying at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, at the Ericsson Hall, but will move from its former February slot to early June (Sunday 3rd and Monday 4th June 2018).
Also of note is the switch to running the show on a Sunday and Monday. The show will have the same retail trade DIY and builders’ merchant visitor base, with the Sunday opening enabling high street hardware & homewares retailers to attend without taking precious selling time out of the business. The show will also double in size, said the organisers.
“Our focus over the last 20 years has been on providing innovative and international products for independent retailers," said. "Returning to a Sunday show opening we are responding to demands from this key section of our visitors. The new show will feature various zones and plans are moving ahead towards a special new forum for the trade. More detail will be announced shortly.”
This year’s Totally DIY & Tools show held on 14-15 February 2017 at the Ricoh featured 80 exhibitors with a wider national and international base than previous shows. The BHETA Innovation Zone of new and emerging products also doubled in size from 2016.
