Martyn Price Fasteners has been bought by Gary Macauley.
Macauley has headed up the 40-plus year old fastener business for over a decade and now becomes Managing Director of the firm. As part of the move, Carly Pearson has been promoted to Sales Director.
The move has been in the works for some time and comes just over a year since the fastener wholesaler was installed in new premises at Dudley. Macauley has worked at the company for 18 years and Pearson started at the firm in 2006.
