US fastener supplier Packer Fastener has opened a new distribution centre in Ohio.
Located in Columbus, the 24,000 square feet is an addition to Packer Fastener’s existing distribution centre in Kansas City and Green Bay headquarters, aiming to bolster service offerings in the east north central Midwest and beyond in the US.
Terry Albrecht, CEO of PFS Companies said that this new facility could strengthen the company’s ability to deliver exceptional service and availability to customers in Ohio and neighbouring states.
Packer Fastener provides a wide range of products, from fasteners and abrasives to safety PPE, fittings and welding supplies. Alongside its diverse product selection, the company also offers a suite of value-added services, including e-commerce, vendor-managed inventory and customised vending programmes. These solutions are designed to support maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), original equipment manufacturer (OEM), commercial contractors and fabricators.
