Eleco plc acquires Bestoutcome Ltd

Eleco plc, a specialist provider of software and related services to the built environment, has announced the acquisition of BestOutcome Limited, a UK provider of Project Portfolio Management software.

Eleco plc has acquired 100% of Buckinghamshire-based BestOutcome for an initial consideration of £4.825m, representing further progress in Eleco’s strategy to invest in synergistic software products and technologies to strengthen its Elecosoft Building Lifecycle portfolio.

Speaking of the acquisition, Jonathan Hunter, Chief Executive Officer of Eleco plc, said:​ “The acquisition of BestOutcome represents another milestone in the development of Eleco as a leading provider of world-class software solutions to the built environment. Headquartered in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, BestOutcome services a UK-wide customer base, across both the public and private sectors. Its core products are PM3 and PM3time, with customers engaged in a diverse range of industries.

BestOutcome’s PM3 solution allows organisations to run everything from large scale business change programmes to stand-alone projects. BestOutcome’s team services a nationwide customer base of over 60 active customers and have a particular strength in winning public sector business, including the NHS, universities and county councils. This gives Eleco a greater foothold in the wider built environment, while also complementing its private sector exposure.​
