Bufab has been recognised as one of the World’s Best Companies in Sustainable Growth 2025 by TIME and Statista.
The ranking is a comprehensive analysis aimed at identifying companies that demonstrate outstanding performance in sustainable development while maintaining strong financial health. The study focuses on three dimensions: revenue growth, financial stability and environmental impact, considering only those that transparently disclose their environmental data.
“I am very proud of this recognition highlighting our commitment to sustainable growth, driven by solid financial health, consistent revenue performance, and impactful environmental strategies. We are proud to be part of a movement where sustainability and business success go hand in hand, and we remain dedicated to making a lasting, positive impact,” said Erik Lundén, CEO and President of Bufab.
In recent years, Bufab has significantly advanced in sustainability. Bufab’s science-based targets were approved in 2022, with a transparent methodology and consistent reporting. Bufab’s suppliers are steadily progressing towards the company's net-zero goal, guided by its Sustainable Supplier Engagement Programme.
Bufab announced that it had acquired Italian C-parts distributor VITAL S.p.A.
