Fastening systems manufacturer, BRALO, has announced the appointment of Daniel Suárez to CEO, off the back of another strong year for the firm.
Suárez, former Managing Director of Borgers Spain, has previously held high-profile positions with Borgers, Bosch and Mercedes and brings a wealth of automotive experience to the role.
Basilio Lopez, founder and former CEO of BRALO, will serve as President and Special Adviser to the management team.
Suárez added: "The strategic vision of Basilio has positioned BRALO as an international company and as a benchmark in fixing solutions. The trajectory of this success is based on an efficient organisation and a dynamic and entrepreneurial management.
"We thank Basilio for his effort and commitment during a lifetime. We thank him for paving the way and creating a great business for me and the team to scale. We wish you a very happy and well-deserved retirement."
Lopez added: "Starting BRALO and having the chance to build and work with such a great team has been one of the most incredible and rewarding experiences of my career. The time has now come to step aside and clear the way for new generations.
"I am enormously confident in Daniel's management ability and his leadership. We have spent a great deal of time together and share the same values and long-term vision for this company. BRALO's future is in good hands."
