WEP appoints news Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Manager

Metal finishing specialist Wolverhampton Electro Plating (WEP) has appointed Neil Donaldson as its new Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager.

In his role, Donaldson will oversee WEP’s processes to uphold the highest quality standards across the business. He will also implement new health and safety objectives and conduct environmental audits to ensure the company operates as sustainably as possible.

“I’m thrilled to join WEP. It’s a fascinating business, and I’ve already gained valuable insights. My focus is on refining process flows and identifying innovative solutions to maintain the highest quality standards,” Donaldson said.

Bringing over 25 years of experience in quality-based roles, Donaldson has worked across the plastic packaging, automotive, and railway industries. He has extensive experience working with automotive tier-one suppliers and has successfully guided businesses through TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certifications.
