Anochrome Group’s threadlocking and sealing subsidiary Inlex Locking has hired a new Quality Manager and a Sales and New Business Manager.
Chris Hines (pictured right) joined the company as Quality Manager, transferring from another business within the Anochrome Group, where he held the same position.
“This move within the Group represents a new and exciting challenge for me. I have already begun reviewing all the systems within Inlex involving products, suppliers and customer service and working with the team to achieve best practices,” he said.
Meanwhile, Simon Elwell (pictured left) joined Inlex Locking as Sales and New Business Manager from The Electrolytic Plating Company Limited (EPC) after the Walsall business fell into administration.
Anochrome Group's Wolverhampton Electro Plating (WEP) acquired two divisions of the Electrolytic Plating Company Limited (EPC) last year.
Elwell started in the coatings industry with Prelok Ltd in 1987, which was acquired by Inlex Locking in 2014. In his new position, Elwell will support existing customers and seek new ones. He will also be involved in planning jobs for production to ensure a streamlined service.
“It’s fantastic to be part of the Inlex Locking team. There is more support here than I have had previously working with experienced staff who all strive to help us deliver the best services for our customers,” he said.
Kev Walton, Group Thread locking, Sealing & Purchasing Director at Inlex Locking, added: “We are delighted to strengthen our team with the addition of Chris and Simon, who each have decades of experience in their areas of expertise. Inlex Locking continues to excel and grow, and Chris and Simon can help us offer industry-leading customer service.”
