Ellsworth Corporation has acquired TapeCase Ltd, with TapeCase’s converting services and tape offerings complementing the Ellsworth Corporation’s products and services.
Established in 1972, TapeCase is a 3M preferred converter of adhesive tape products and is pitched as a one-stop-shop for custom tape solutions.
“TapeCase’s culture aligns with Ellsworth Corporation, being a family-owned company. We are excited to provide this value-added service to our customers, and it is a testament to our customer-first mentality.
