
US manufacturer TriMas has announced that TriMas Aerospace’s Monogram Aerospace Fasteners™, Allfast Fastening Systems® and Mac Fasteners™ brands have been awarded a multi-year global contract with European aerospace corporation Airbus.
The contract features next-generation fastening solutions and newly certified products tailored to streamline robotic assembly processes for aerostructures and key aircraft components, underscoring TriMas Aerospace’s dedication to innovation in the aerospace sector. Additionally, the company continues to invest in cutting-edge manufacturing equipment and advanced processes to enhance performance, expand capabilities, and improve efficiency in aerospace fastening technology.
TriMas extended the existing contract scope across all fastener business units and further strengthened TriMas Aerospace’s position across the global Airbus supply chain, broadening TriMas Aerospace’s reach across multiple Airbus civil and military fixed and rotary wing platforms including but not limited to the A320, A350 and A220.
TriMas Aerospace will be manufacturing the contracted fasteners in its Commerce and City of Industry, California, facilities, as well as its Ottawa, Kansas, manufacturing site.
TriMas Aerospace specialises in designing and manufacturing highly-engineered fasteners and precision-machined components, serving commercial aircraft manufacturers and the US military.

Recently, TriMas completed the acquisition of the aerospace business of GMT Gummi-Metall-Technik GmbH (GMT).
