Bossard Group has extended its presence in the USA and Northeast with the acquisition of Arnold Industries, which is now complete.
New England-based Arnold Industries specialises in the distribution of electromechanical components and fasteners. It has approximately 100 employees and generates USD $40 million in sales annually.
Bossard, supplier of product solutions and services in industrial fastener and assembly technology, has over 2,000 employees in over 70 locations worldwide. Listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, Bossard Group generated CHF 656.3 million in sales in 2015.
