Riveting and fastening specialist VVG has announced GAGE BILT as its new distribution partner for the USA and Canada.
GAGE BILT will take over the responsibilities of S-B Industries, which discontinues its activities after many years of successful cooperation. VVG said it extended "special thanks to the whole team at S-B Industries for such an excellent and experienced market representation in the US".
GAGE BILT has provided innovative industrial riveting solutions for aerospace and commercial fastener installation tools since 1956, making them an ideal and competent partner for the Rivdom/RivSmart battery riveters, as well as pneumatic hydraulic BZ and VNG setting tools, the firm said.
As part of the HONSEL Group, VVG draws on nearly 90 years of know-how in the development, production and sale of high-quality fasteners and processing solutions for riveting and fastening technology. The group operates sites in Germany, France and Asia and has a worldwide presence through numerous international distribution partners.
