Global fastener manufacturer and distributor TR Fastenings (TR) has received recognition for its 100% delivery record from Philips, the fourth time it has been given the award.
TR supplies an array of C-class products to Philips in Holland, including screws, nuts, clips and plastic components. Out of the 480 lines supplied, there was a 0% failure on delivery. TR Holland has supplied into Philips since 2008, having consulted with the technology firm at this time on its specific requirement for a special type of screw.
The award was presented to TR at its Holland site in Oldenzaal by Johan Damkot, senior buyer at Philips, and Sanne van Norel, procurement planner. Hans Nijhof, Jeanette ter Riet, Laurens Wekking and Koen Heitkamp represented TR to receive the award.
