The Torque events team has taken the difficult decision to postpone Torque-Expo Amsterdam until 2020, in a move to give the show time to achieve its full potential.
Despite keen interest from visitors and exhibitors, the short lead time to the original date of summer 2018 was impacting on the show. Additionally, Torque is still a young brand in Europe, having launched the Magazine internationally at the end of 2016. These factors, coupled with prior show commitments from some key stakeholders, led to the decision to delay the show to 2020 to give it the necessary development time.
The move means the Torque-Expo team can deliver a dynamic and exciting show in Amsterdam in 2020 - and give the Netherlands and surrounding market the dynamic fastener, tool and related industry show it richly deserves.
Until then, the Torque-Expo team is working towards its third UK show, this time at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena, where international companies will be warmly welcomed.
