SFS Group has achieved a first-place ranking in the large companies category at the 19th Swiss Employer Awards.
The group has achieved a top three ranking in the category for the third time in a row.
The Swiss Employer Award, bestowed upon the best employers in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, saw more than 28,000 employees from 121 companies take part in the survey, the largest in Switzerland this year.
SFS employees within the automotive design and construction division answered questions about key aspects of their work situation, in particular topics dealing with change, work-life balance and corporate strategy.
Announcing the award on its website, SFS remarked:
"Company management and the entire organisation acknowledge the pleasing result as feedback and appreciation and thank all employees for their daily commitment and loyalty. They are the basis for SFS's strong competitiveness.
"The results of this survey not only reflect the opinions of employees within and about the company, they also provide valuable proposition 'inventing success together'."
The company strengthened its construction industry presence earlier this year with the acquisition of US-based Triangle Fastener Corporation in April. SFS Group owns Gesipa, Tegra and Unisteel, with a 51% stake in Heco.
