The Lederer Online Shop has innovated with more functions for its registered users.
Customers are now able to upload their own order files and article lists in addition to the traditional method of filling shopping baskets "by hand", article by article. The new feature means customers can make more extensive orders with significantly less effort.
The fast, efficient 'no frills' service from the Lederer Online Shop means customers can order as follows:
1) Uploading the order file
‐ three different file types are possible
‐ sample files are offered as downloads
2) Select from overview of uploaded articles (single/all) …
‐ price and availability are displayed
‐ quantity changes by users are allowed
… and add to the shopping basket
(articles added manually before or after the upload will be retained)
3) Submitting the shopping basket
‐ as before
All uploaded order files are stored in the Lederer Shop, displayed in chronological order and can be used by the customer again to fill the shopping basket. Unnecessary files can now also be deleted.
The Lederer sales team is happy to provide interested customers with further information and will activate the upload of order files.
So far, customers using the new function have praised the new offering. One said: “Two clicks, order done. This will save us a lot of time”, another added that "This saves a lot of time.” Other comments included: “... leaves nothing to be desired”.
