This March, Messe Stuttgart will play host to the eighth Fastener Fair Stuttgart. If you’re planning a trip, here’s a guide to some of the must-see stands and products at this year’s show…
REYHER
Hall 1, Stand 1112
REYHER constantly adjusts its portfolio to the c-part needs of its customers. This has resulted in this wholesale distributor introducing numerous new products into its range. From 19 to 21 March, at Fastener Fair in Stuttgart, in Hall 1, Stand 1112, visitors will find out everything relating to the newly introduced, customer-specific range of articles in the RIO Webshop, as well as the comprehensive services for fasteners and fixing technology.
For industrial and trade customers, this Hamburg company stands for reliable deliveries of c-parts along with a comprehensive range of services. Trade customers profit especially from RIO Webshop – REYHER Internet Order available 24/7, as well as customised trade packaging and labelling with the RKP – REYHER Kitting & Packaging service.
REYHER has now extended its portfolio with numerous new products and ranges, such as Fischer products and fastener and fixing elements for timber construction. In the RIO Webshop, with access to all articles on offer, users can immediately see the availability and prices of articles needed online. Orders can be quickly and simply triggered. A wide range of search criteria are available to help locate the right article.
As a new innovation, RIO customers can now at their discretion receive customised ranges of articles. REYHER precisely tailors products to the needs of the user. If, for example, the customer exclusively uses fastener and fixing elements from a particular range of products, then the product line on offer can be limited to articles relevant to them. Given the scope and depth of the REYHER portfolio with over 130,000 different articles, this makes things even clearer for customers and more efficient in purchasing.
REYHER’s development team has implemented a variety of further improvements to RIO Webshop, providing greater transparency of user activity, as well as an even higher level of security and user friendliness. With trade packaging and customer-specific labelling via RKP – REYHER Kitting & Packaging the firm is covering the needs of trade customers regarding trade packaging and labelling. In close cooperation with its customers, REYHER has developed a solution that includes customised trade packaging and customer-specific labelling: Via RIO Webshop, REYHER has made its label designer tool available so that users can design and print their own labelling. In addition, customers have the choice from a range of cardboard, with or without pouring lips in various sizes, or entirely their own packaging.
Lederer
Hall 3, Stand 2104
Lederer is asking: “What connects us? It doesn’t have to be something new - be it intricate, large or complicated - for us to get enthusiastic about it. Passion often arises in small spaces and in secrecy; inspired by a simple idea that seems insignificant at first glance. Just these small and familiar things can be the reason for us to be moved and experience great moments.
“It's irrelevant whether it's about fastening technology, screws and nuts or emotions, trust and passion: People attach importance to connections. After five decades, in which Lederer has been combining all this, it's time for you and us to say... what your and our hearts beat for…
“Visit us at the 8th Fastener Fair Stuttgart, the world's leading trade fair for the fastening and fastening industry.
“From March 19 to 21 2019, it will again be the central point of contact for all industry professionals in Halls 1, 3 and 5 of the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre.”
Teudeloff
Hall 1, booth 152
There has been significant growth at Teudeloff over the last 25 years. The firm started in 1994, in Stuttgart, with two people. Now there are 15 highly motivated employees at Teudeloff and 35 tool specialists in Birmingham in production at TiL (Tooling International Limited). Teudeloff is very happy with the rate of growth so far, with many new customers spread out over all continents in more than 30 countries, mostly in Europe, the USA and the Far East.
Teudeloff ranks among the best suppliers of recess pins and punches for the fastener industry. Together with production at TiL, the company focuses on quality in geometry tool life and delivery performance. With a very customer-orientated service, Teudeloff works out the fitting tool concept for each customer individually adapted to requirements concerning tooling, service storage and logistics. Teudeloff will present the complete range of tooling for screw manufacturing / cold forming at Stuttgart.
WASI
Hall 3, Stand 2056
With WASI’s clever IT and logistics services, the firm has transformed in recent years from a pure distributor of stainless steel connections to a solutions provider. In addition to procurement security, WASI also offers procurement simplification. These include ordering systems such as WASI Sc@n, EDI, the WASI ordering system, the WASI Webshop and the WASI App.
Furthermore, WASI’s product range is constantly being expanded and optimised to meet all market requirements and customer wishes. Therefore products made of Duplex (1.4462) have been added to the standard range. Duplex belongs to the group of rust- and acid-resistant steels and therefore has a high strength comparable to high-strength structural steels at the same time it is price-stable. You can learn more about the material and its significant potential at the show.
Ambrovit
Hall 1, Stand 812
Ambrovit, consistent with its commercial development programme, is always on the market with brand new products, available for its customers.
Ambrovit has recently significantly expanded its carpentry screws range.
The commercial success of carpentry screws brought creativity in Ambrovit’s show stand project over 2018-2019. The stand design is apparently simple, but it actually has a considerable impact in communicating the sector the company wants to operate in, using for example, laminated timber, mostly employed in wooden constructions and truss.
Ambrovit wanted to make an impact, with its usual elegance, in one of the fields where it is among the leaders of the sector, thanks to continued research. The aims of the management was well interpreted by the designer in the shape, materials and spaces addressed to the typical hospitality of Ambrovit. This message was also taken in by the public, having been very successful among visitors at shows so far, and even won an award, for Best Stand 2018 at last year’s Construction Week exhibition in Birmingham.
