Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2021, set for the slightly later time of 18-20 May next year, has sold approximately 80% of its stand space, according to the organiser.
Mack Brooks, now under the Reed Exhibitions umbrella, also revealed that the show will occupy a further exhibition hall - its fourth - and the Bonding & Adhesives Technology Area will return, in Hall 7.
In ten years, the show has seen a doubling of visitor numbers and net exhibition space. Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2021 currently has 623 exhibitors which have booked 80% of the available stand space.
The previous show, in 2019, saw more than 12,000 trade visitors from 88 countries, as well as 987 exhibiting companies covering a total net exhibition space of 22,200 m². The positive bookings for 2021 will no doubt offer some relief following 2020's decimated Covid-19-hit show calendar.
“We are very pleased to see so many companies booking with confidence as the industry moves forward to meet the growing demand of a post-pandemic economy," said Liljana Goszdziewski, Exhibition Director of the show.
“Many companies prepare for new growth in sectors like medical, e-mobility, construction and building materials as society moves further towards sustainability and a healthier lifestyle. Fastener Fair Stuttgart is the leading event of the international fastener and fixing industry, and we are fully committed to offer our industry the marketplace it needs to respond to the rising demand for industrial fasteners over the coming years.”
