Fastener Distribution Holdings (FDH) has been acquired by Audax Private Equity from Housatonic Partners.
FDH is headquartered in Marina del Rey, California and is a distributor of aerospace fasteners and other C-class components to commercial and defence aircraft manufacturers, subcontractors and components distributors through its Arlington International Aviation Products (AIAP) and Aircraft Fasteners International (AFI) divisions.
