Following reports in the press, Bunnings has confirmed to Torque that General Manager of Merchandising Craig Castelino has left the UK & Ireland business.
Castelino is to take on a senior leadership role at Bunnings' Australian and New Zealand business, the retailer said.
He spent two years in the role, having previously worked as National Category Manager for Bunnings for nine years.
At the end of last year, Bunnings launched its most northerly stores yet, in Rotherham and Rochdale. The firm now has 19 stores in the UK, so far, the largest at Milton Keynes. Wesfarmers' owned Homebase stores in the UK number approx 235.
