Thomas Ekström, Bufab's Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave Bufab to pursue an opportunity outside the Group.
Ekström remains in the role until July 31, 2017.
"During many years, Thomas Ekström has been a strong contributor to the development of the Bufab Group to a leading European player in our industry," said Jörgen Rosengren, Bufab's President and CEO. "I would like to thank him for his excellent work, and for his commitment to ensuring a successful transition to his successor. I wish Thomas the best of luck in his future challenges."
The process to recruit a successor has been initiated.
Last year BUFAB acquired UK-based fastener supplier Montrose Holdings.
