BHETA has announced that it will be repeating its series of digital marketing webinars which it first ran in 2020. Presented by BHETA business services providers, Brew and Brookes & Co, there are nine refreshed sessions running from February to April 2021.
The series kicked off with a very well attended session on 'How to start in E-Commerce' in which Brew CEO, Andrew Rastall provided expert advice on how a BHETA member with little or no ecommerce facility to date should best go about buying or developing that capability.
Other webinars in the series will cover 'How to write an effective digital marketing strategy' and 'Maximising your traffic through Search Engine Optimisation', including a downloadable checklist where BHETA members can score their current activity in this area. Later sessions will look at the creation of engaging content, driving sales with social media and the analysis of results.
Following each 20 minute presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to pose questions directly to the speaker.
Steve Richardson, BHETA’s marketing manager said: “For most businesses, not having a decent post-Covid website is not an option; and for some ecommerce may be on the digital agenda for the very first time. The sessions are designed to help members work with digital suppliers to navigate the increasingly complex digital environment and to commission what their businesses require in the most effective way.”
“In other webinars planned for spring we will also be looking at best practice in relation to online retail platforms such as eBay and Amazon, where members can find complementary success,” he added.
BHETA webinars are a member-benefit, but any supplier in the home enhancement sector who is interested in membership can try a webinar for free. Contact Nicola Adams in Member Services on na@bheta.co.uk or on 07946 078566 for more details. Nicola will also be able to provide further information about the digital webinar series overall, as well as other events and initiatives.
