At the end of a successful 2017, REYHER has gained two important awards from its top customers.
In November, GROHE and SIEMENS honored REYHER with prestigious Supplier Awards, underlining the high regard the Hamburg fastener and fixing technology specialists has earned in various sectors.
REYHER received the SIEMENS Award in the category 'Best Product Availability'. SIEMENS based the award not only on excellent fastener supplies, but also on ROM – REYHER Order Management’s kanban supply systems with RFID technology, with over 500 bin spaces, smoothly introduced in two important production locations, Cologne and Dresden. At the Cologne location, new ROM | LTB kanban bins with innovative sliding mechanisms are in operation. This allows the storage bins to be easily transformed into transport bins.
Furthermore, REYHER took first place in the category 'Delivery Performance' from its top customer GROHE and received the GROHE Award 2017. This award was based on "excellent material supply without missing parts". REYHER's daily deliveries to the customer in Germany, Portugal and Thailand, in a total of five locations, amount to about 300 diverse articles. Approximately 60% of these are engineered parts.
"We are very proud to receive the awards," said CEO Klaus-Dieter Schmidt. "They document that our customers acknowledge the high standards we set ourselves."
