The Eurofast brand has expanded its presence in Europe with the acquisition of Poland-based Baltic Fasteners.
The buy-out, which took place at the start of this year, sees Baltic Fasteners renamed as Eurofast Poland.
Eurofast said that this strategic acquisition will strengthen Eurofast Group’s European network, while bolstering its certified product portfolio of high quality fasteners for the construction market.
Jaap van der Graaf, Eurofast Group CEO, said: “We would like to thank the team of Baltic Fasteners sp. z o.o for the trust they have put in the Eurofast Group and we are looking forward to a cooperation that will be the base of the Eurofast Brand in Europe.”
