Coventry-based Whitehouse Industries is continuing to grow with more acquisitions in 2022. After acquiring Ernest Engineering in April, the company then added Fixings Plus to its portfolio to expand the groups offerings into fixings systems and supplies for the construction industry.
Speaking of the latest acquisition, Stuart Whitehouse, Managing Director at Whitehouse Industries said, “I am delighted to be adding Fixings Plus to the group. Fixings Plus is an excellent business, with great staff and is a strong strategic fit providing us with enhanced scale in our core business areas.”
Stuart Whitehouse established Whitehouse Industries to build a group of UK-based mutually beneficial businesses. The group includes Nutters Fastenings Limited, a stockist of fastenings and M.R.O products for various industries, plus former Ernest Engineering businesses Bailey & Wade, a manufacturer of precision turned parts, and Anchor Inserts, a manufacturer of inserts for the rotational moulding industry, and now Fixings Plus, a supplier of fixings, fasteners and complementary products.
