TFC has become an operational business unit of AFC Industries, a provider of fastening and vendor-managed inventory (VMI) solutions based in Ohio, USA. TFC is a UK, Germany and Czech Republic based provider of VMI solutions and technical engineering products, making the two businesses a natural fit. TFC will continue to be run by its current management team and will now be known as TFC, an AFC Industries company.
