The SFS Group acquired a family-run enterprise EPRO D.O.O., effective 1 October 2024.
EPRO is a leading, longtime distribution partner for high-end applications to the building envelope in Slovenia. This takeover will strengthen SFS’s presence in the Adriatic region markets.
Based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, EPRO D.O.O. specialises in distributing fasteners, fixings, fall protection systems, and accessories for flat roofs, roofing, and façade elements. Its key strength lies in adding value for customers by providing high-quality products and systems, along with services like consulting, design, and planning. EPRO primarily serves customers in Slovenia, with a reach extending into Croatia and the wider Adriatic region.
Last year, the company generated sales of approximately EUR 4 million with about ten employees.
