Lederer has appointed Sebastian Ovenhausen as Sales Director and Managing Director.
He previously oversaw the operations of Lederer’s subsidiary, Normtec, which was integrated into Lederer GmbH on 31 December 2024. In his new position, Ovenhausen is responsible for the sales activities of Lederer.
Ovenhausen has also been working in the industry for over 15 years. According to Lederer, he has “excellent contacts and experience”.
Ovenhausen replaced Peter Henke, the former Managing Director who left the company at the end of last year. Henke has had a decisive influence on Lederer for almost 32 years and was one of the driving forces in Lederer’s development.
Henke “devotes more time to his numerous private interests”, according to Lederer, but remains as a consultant.
