Makita has completed construction on a new building at its Thailand Plant. The new building was developed to increase the supply capacity of cordless products, to meet the predicted increase in worldwide demand.
A completion ceremony was held on December 9, 2022 for the new building.
The Thailand Plant is one of eight plants Makita operates globally. The production volume at the international plants accounts for approximately 90% of the company’s total output. There are plans to further increase production capacity to manufacture and supply products to meet growing demand.
