fischer to showcase new products at BAU 2025

Fischer has announced that it will introduce new products, system solutions and services at the BAU trade show.

The new products will focus on the applications of timber and steel construction, renovation and reinforcement of buildings, façades, large-scale projects and planning expertise. In the trade show, visitors can experience the gas-actuated fischer FGW 90F setting tool, which drives nails precisely into the wood substrate with 90-joule setting energy. The wide range of nails is suitable for a variety of materials, such as solid wood, laminated timber, plywood, chipboard, fiberboard and veneer.

The fischer FSW adjusting disc, designed for seamless alignment of beams and sleepers, is also available for testing. It is compatible with the UltraCut FBS II hexagon head US (10 mm diameter, gvz) and the PowerFast FPF-PT wood connector screw, ensuring effortless adjustments.

Visitors can explore fischer Construction Monitoring, an advanced system combining an intuitive monitoring application with sensor-integrated fasteners such as SensorAnchor, SensorDisc and the new SensorBolt. This innovative solution enables real-time monitoring of fastening points on structures and systems, accessible remotely via PC or smartphone. The system enhances maintenance efficiency, improves safety, reduces downtime, and extends the service life of structures.

Additionally, visitors can test the fischer FXC 85 (battery-actuated) and FGC 100 (gas-actuated) setting tools, designed to streamline and accelerate anchoring in concrete, steel, and other surfaces. On display is a comprehensive selection of fischer steel anchors, including the UltraCut FBS II concrete screws and the FAZ II Plus bolt anchors, both engineered to handle high loads in concrete applications.

BAU 2025 will take place from 13 to 17 January 2025 in Munich, Germany. The focus will be on solutions and products for the future of construction.
