High-precision fastener and fixing system manufacturer CELO has launched DCCT cable ties.
DCCT boasts several features. It is compatible with E2000PG and PVC channel and resistant to temperatures from -40ºC to 85ºC. However, the recommended installation temperature is between -10ºC and 45ºC.
DCCT can be detected by magnets and X-rays thanks to their polyamide 6.6 coating, while its blue color allows for quick visual identification. It also meets the safety standards designed to reduce product contamination in both food and pharmaceutical industries.
The DCCT cable ties come in a wide range of sizes from 20.5mm to 103.5mm, with tensile strength ranging from 8kg to 55kg. The length of the cable ties is from 100mm to 370mm, while the width is from 2.5mm to 7.6mm.
According to CELO, the DCCT cable ties are applicable to PVC pipes, plastic pipes, corrugated pipes, electric cables, steel conduits and heating installations in food or pharmaceutical industries.
Moreover, it complies with the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements, a management system ensuring food safety by analysing and controlling hazards from production to consumption.
