Fixings and fastenings distributor ForgeFix has announced an extension to its premium ForgeFast Elite Performance Screws.
Responding to surging customer demand, the ForgeFast Exterior Elite 2000 range has quadrupled in size, offering end users a wider range of applications.
The new range features several key innovations, including a reinforced neck for improved holding power and a double cutting point that reduces splitting and drive time while penetrating steel up to 0.8mm thick. A serrated cutting thread enhances grip, reducing drive torque and improving pull-out resistance, while six angled lobes ensure better countersinking. Anti-friction threads prevent the jacking and rotation of adjoining timbers, minimising splitting.
The entire range is salt spray tested for 2,000 hours, features a POZI®-compatible head, and is now available fully boxed.
Aside from this, ForgeFix has launched the Measure up with Spectre promotion, giving away a range of gifts and prizes with sales of its Spectre TimberFix Screws & Spectre Advance Multi-Purpose Screws.
Each pack of specialist Spectre advanced screws—commonly used for exterior timber, fencing, and landscaping—includes a free Spectre-branded measuring tape with a recommended retail price of £12.99. Additionally, customers buying a pallet of 50 packs can be awarded two Stanley Combi Drills, each costing £150.
