Dormole, the parent company of Toolbank, has announced the appointment of Wayne Flory as its new CEO and Adrian Harris as a non-executive director. Wayne joined the Toolbank business in 1994 and has been CEO since 2015, more recently joining the Dormole Board as a director in 2020. Wayne’s commercial strengths, market knowledge and deep understanding of the Group’s culture, means he is the ideal person to lead the Group in the coming years.
Speaking about his appointment, Wayne said, “I am delighted to be given this opportunity. We have a great team ethos that runs throughout the business; one which has been built over the last 50 years. I very much look forward to working with our teams to grow our businesses, and supporting our customers and suppliers further, with new and enhanced products and services.”
Adrian Harris joins the business with significant experience in supply chain, logistics and ecommerce fulfilment.
Following Wayne’s appointment, Marc Nicklen and Craig Pawley now have additional responsibilities within the Group. Marc Nicklen, Toolbank Commercial Director, will now lead the Toolbank business with the support of his fellow directors, and have responsibility for sales, marketing, product and purchasing. Craig Pawley, who currently leads the Group’s finance division, will now take up the role of Dormole Group CFO. Craig, who also sits on the Dormole board, will also assume the responsibilities of the Group Services division, which includes Operations, Logistics, HR and IT.
